HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you enroll in a Penn Foster degree program, learning materials are shipped directly to you. Your Student ID# will give also allow you access to download your initial learning materials. At the end of each lesson, you will take an exam through our website. As soon as you pass your exam, you can continue on to the next lesson. New course material will be sent to you as you complete your exams, so that you will always have what you need to continue moving forward in your program. Once you have passed all your courses, you'll receive your degree.

Penn Foster's Correspondence College is designed so that you can study independently. However, if you have a question about anything in your program, help is available. Faculty and admissions counselors are available via toll-free call to answer your questions from 8am-7pm EST, Monday through Friday. On weekends or holidays, leave a message and your call will be answered the next business day. If you prefer, you can contact your instructors by email, message board, or by regular mail. You can also connect with students, faculty, and admissions counselors on the Penn Foster Community.

Students and graduates of Penn Foster programs have access to our Career Services which include assistance with building a resume, online job searches, preparation of cover letters, tips on interviewing, and more. You can even create a career portfolio.
